To achieve optimal performance, PCC utilises a combination of servers hosted on the IONOS platform as well as their own servers located in Cowes.

- Choose a theme from the above listing and fill out the form opposite, making sure you let us know which theme you have selected.
- When we receive your message we will contact you to confirm the details and set up the contract.
- A Dusty Fox technician will then configure WordPress, Elementor, register your domain if needed, and connect it to the website. At this stage we will place a ‘coming soon’ home page to allow you to build your site privately.
- Once you have completed and signed off we will be ready it for to publishing.
- Remember that you are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any copyrighted material.
- As you have access to the admin area, please keep in mind that many aspects of the website can be modified from here, so please be careful as you cant recover a mistake at this juncture.
- Here’s a link to a WordPress Elementor builder course of training videos, to help you through the process. Your chosen theme comes pre-loaded with pages, so carefully follow the instructions and enjoy the creative process.
- Once published Dusty Fox will oversee the hosting and management of the website through our hosting partner PC Consultants.
- If there is a need for more functionalities, such as an online store or additional pages, Dusty Fox will discuss with the client to identify the most suitable solution, including any associated costs.
The Small Print!
Please read carefully as they set out exactly what to expect within this offer. As Dusty Fox is only developing a small % of the final site and we want to make clear that final look and feel including imagery and narrative is down to the client.
- You will need to confirm in writing/email that you wish the project to commence, this represents formal commitment to the contracted work.
- Any extra works deemed by Dusty Fox to be outside of the DIY offer price will be charged as the pro rata hourly rates as 30-minute intervals. (£69per hour +vat)

- The templates displayed for your choice use the Elementor framework we will advise on your selection if not acceptable for any reason.
- The contract will run for 1 year minimum and then monthly thereafter.
- We will need access to the Domain registrar account to make the site live, or we can supply instructions on the updates needed. This will not be needed until the site is ready to be put live. The client has the duty to secure their domain name as needed, if they wish for Dusty Fox to do this there is small £15 + vat charge. Thereafter the annual renewal charge is encompassed within the maintenance contract.
- We will provide and email address for the site of your choice and give you access through standard email credentials.
- Dusty Fox’s Word Press Care Plans – can be reviewed here for your information.
- We will install a set of base plugins to your site to enhance the security, connectivity and functionality of the site. These must not be removed.
- During the build and content fulfillment the site will only be available for you to see.
- PCC terms and conditions apply throughout.
- On commencement of the project, we need to purchase domain space to develop the site on, this is a paid consideration from that date and your PCC WP support pack becomes payable as a monthly charge.
- Additional features above those stated in this proposal may require paid plugins, the cost of which are not included in the above. These may be one off or annual fees associated and to be paid by the client as and when they occur.
- You are totally responsible for any content uploaded so please make sure you have rights to any images and narrative used.
- PCC / Dusty Fox reserves the right to archive a site at anytime should it compromise the security or integrity of the server.
