Please read carefully as they set out exactly what to expect within this offer. As Dusty Fox  is only developing a % of the final site and we want to make clear that final look and feel including imagery and narrative is down to the client.

1. You will need to confirm in writing/email that you wish the project to commence, this represents formal commitment to the contracted work.
2. Any extra works deemed by Dusty Fox to be outside of the standard bundle price will be charged as the pro rata hourly rates as 30-minute intervals. (£69per hour +vat)
   
   1. Examples for such charges are:
      
      1. Ecommerce Shop template or addition
      2. Any additional plugin works
3. The templates displayed for your choice use the Elementor framework we will advise on your selection if not acceptable for any reason.
4. The contract will run for 1 year minimum and then monthly thereafter.
5. We will need access to the Domain registrar account to make the site live, or we can supply instructions on the updates needed. This will not be needed until the site is ready to be put live. The client has the duty to secure their domain name as needed, if they wish for Dusty Fox to do this there is small £15 + vat charge. Thereafter the annual renewal charge is encompassed within the maintenance contract.
6. We will need copies of any finalised logo, together with any branding guidelines, colours, and font sets. Logo sizing will be dependent on placement and final design, although ideally, we will need a transparent background copy in .png or .jpg format.
7. We will set a contact form and Captcha as well as an email address of your choice and give you access through standard email credentials.

9. We will install a set of base plugins to your site to enhance the security, connectivity and functionality of the site. These must not be removed.”
10. During content fulfillment the site will only be available for you  to see. 
11. We will invoice you once we hand over the site for content deployment, due date is 30 days from invoice. PCC terms and conditions apply throughout.
12. On commencement of the project, we need to purchase domain space to develop the site on, this is a paid consideration from that date and your PCC WP support pack becomes payable as a monthly charge.
13. Additional features above those stated in this proposal may require paid plugins, the cost of which are not included in the above. These may be one off or annual fees associated and to be paid by the client as and when they occur.
14. You are totally responsible for any content uploaded so please make sure you have rights to any images and narrative used.
15. PCC reserves the right to archive a site at anytime should it compromise the security or integrity of the server.
